DDC offers free/low cost school performances of our productions 1-2 times a year. Along with that, we offer supplemental materials such as school visits prior to the performance and a study guide for teachers that gives them infomation on the performance.
Collaborations:
At present we are developing partnerships with different organizations. We welcome new partnerships that will enable both DDC and its partners to better serve the community.
Scholarships:
Through its outstanding programming DDC offers classes, workshops, master classes and summer camps to over 500 children and adults in the tri-state area. DDC is proud to offer scholarships and educational opportunities for youth in the community to enjoy and learn about the art of dance through Project S.O.A.R.

Dear patron,
Dear Patron,
Once again, Delaware Dance Company is asking you to consider a donation to our annual Sustaining Donor Campaign. In the past, we have sent our annual pledge letter in February, but this year are launching a fall campaign, more in line with our September through August fiscal year. We sincerely thank all our previous campaign donors and all of you who have supported Delaware Dance Company through enrollment in our classes and summer programs or as an audience member at our performances.
DDC continues to be honored to receive an annual grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts. The director, staff and Board of Trustees at Delaware Dance Company take very seriously our mission statement and the trust that DDOA has put in our organization. DDC endeavors to offer some financial aid to all who request it and to offer demonstrations and programs for local school children. School groups and other groups who offer social support services are provided with free or discounted tickets to our performances. Above all, DDC continues to be dedicated to offering the best possible dance education to students of all ages and to engender a love of the art of dance in our students and audience members alike. We focus on providing a safe and structured environment for dance class where every student valued and encouraged to achieve. Our performances always provided excellent family entertainment intended to inspire as well as entertain. The continuing high level of enrollment in our classes, participation in our camps and attendance at our performances validates the important role we believe we fulfill in the arts community of northern New Castle County and the tri-state area.
While we understand that for many the economic situation has yet to improve, we respectfully ask that you consider donating to our Sustaining Donor campaign. Even small gifts of $10 or $25 can make a significant impact in supporting DDC programs. Please see the reverse of this page for more information on other levels of sponsorship. All contributions to Delaware Dance Company, a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We truly appreciate your support.
With our most sincere thanks,
Delaware Dance Company
